Bob has over 20 years' experience as an environmental planner focused on transportation and infrastructure projects in Maryland.
Bob specializes in compliance with NEPA and Section 4(f) of the U.S. Department of Transportation Act. He also has significant experience in socioeconomic studies and a thorough understanding of cultural resources studies supporting NEPA documentation. He has worked on all levels of projects--including large, high-profile projects--and has successfully guided his clients through the challenges encountered during the NEPA and Section 4(f) processes. While Bob has worked on many projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, he has comprehensive knowledge of Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) internal polices and processes, as he has provided services for MDOT State Highway Administration, Maryland Transportation Authority and Maryland Transit Administration in NEPA and MEPA compliance for hundreds of MDOT projects.
Bob is a member of the American Planning Association (APA) and has been certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) since 2010.
