David graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Studies and has over 5 years' experience specializing in NEPA documentation, agency coordination, and environmental compliance. David has most recently worked for a state transportation agency completing NEPA and MEPA documentation for various transportation projects. Additionally, he led the effort to streamline the environmental approval process by developing an application that would serve as a central database for environmental permits and approvals.
