Juliet has close to 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors with a strong background in natural and socio-economic impact analysis. Juliet has performed wetland and forest stand delineations, rare/threatened species surveys, and hazardous waste assessments. Juliet became a Certified Forest Conservation Act Professional in 2017.
In addition, she has served as adjunct faculty at Towson University and The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), teaching NEPA and environmental law courses to graduate and undergraduate students. Juliet has extensive expertise in conducting socio-economic studies, including Environmental Justice, Indirect and Cumulative Effects Assessments, and Community Impact Assessments.
